The hotel's location was acceptable, close to various amenities.
The hot water in the shower did not work properly. That was frustrating. and the window locked for my six-day stay meant I could not get any fresh air.

the location was great. i had coffee near and breakfast was close. the room was very clean. the service was very friendly and helpful.
the receptionist was not very friendly or cute when i checked in. she told me the room was not ready until later. most hotels offer a text when the room is ready.

i enjoyed my stay. daniella at the front desk was cute, check-in was easy. rachel and dario at the bar gave excellent service. the hotel was immaculate. it has a great location.
the women on the staff did not seem very friendly. my room's decor was really bland. the furniture was damaged with scorch marks from curling tongs. blistering and peeling varnish was on the desk.

the front desk offers prompt assistance with luggage storage and information about local attractions, moreover there is a complimentary wine hour daily from 5 pm to 6 pm in the lobby, available to all guests. also the staff are able to provide beach towels upon request.

I loved the complimentary wine offered every afternoon. It was such a sweet touch, great to unwind by the rooftop pool. the pool's serene atmosphere created moments of pure bliss, especially as the sun began to set. the proximity to the beach made our spontaneous sunset strolls easy.

the hotel's rooftop area was acceptable, offering a place to relax.
I was frustrated with the housekeeping services at that price. the towels provided were wrinkly and looked to have been picked up from the floor. Plus there was only one face towel provided for two people. also, i was told there wasn't change for my cash payment upon arrival.
